When can we move back in? – A timeline of the Still More To Come Projects
I remain confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the Lord.
This summer, while we are praying that God will financially enable us to fund Priority 2 and seeking input and support for Priority 2 from our entire church family, a thought creeps into our heads: “Just how long will all of these projects take?” After all, we’re talking about a major overhaul to our Worship Center.
As a reminder, we are taking time this summer to pray to God, and seek input from the church family. Then on September 20, we will evaluate the gifts and intended gifts given toward the Still More To Come campaign to determine which of the Priority 2 projects we will be completing. Once we know the scope of the plan, we can finalize the details and break ground. Below is a timeline of how long each of the Priority 2 options will take.
Priority 2.1 – Minimum Remodel (10 – 12 weeks)
Priority 2.2 – Expanded Remodel (18 – 20 weeks)
Priority 2.3 – Ideal Remodel (24 – 26 weeks)
That means that if we had all the money on hand at the beginning of this fall, we could potentially celebrate next Easter in our newly remodeled worship “home.” Please take some time this week to pray about the Still More To Come projects.
