A Biblical Perspective on Leadership

Series: LEADING THE WAY

David Collister - May 17, 2015

If you were to describe a good leader, what character traits would you want at the top of a list? Many want leaders who are great… communicators, delegators, activators, persuaders, and the like. Obviously, these traits can make for really good leaders! But what’s interesting is that when the Bible talks about leadership, it often commends traits in a leader that we might not naturally put at the top of our lists.

We’re all leaders in some respect – in the workplace, the classroom, our homes, on the playing field – so it’s important to consider how we’re influencing others. This week, we continue our series in the book of Acts, studying scripture that shows us what makes good Christian leadership.
