Loving your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:37-40) would be easy if your neighbors” were all people you already understood. People you already agreed with. People like you.

But what about your highly opinionated relative who votes differently than you and rubs it in your face every time you’re together? The annoying person who keeps posting about how bad they have it during this pandemic? The colleague who continually blames and curses God for the mess the world is in right now? Are those the “neighbors” that Jesus expects us to love as well?

Yep. Every one of them. But how?
