All of us have known or will know great suffering. We come to learn through experience that sad situations don’t always get better, and life’s problems don’t always get solved. And when those moments inevitably arrive on our doorstep, and when explanations or quick solutions don’t seem to appear on the horizon, few things can be more freeing than to know that God understands, that our frustrations and questions and struggles and doubts do not fluster Him, and that He even invites us to come and to air our grievances before Him in trust. Join us for this week’s message as we continue our sermon series from the life of Job, and discover the important role that biblical lament can play in helping us to process pain and walk through seasons of grief and sorrow.
