The First 10%

When it comes to crucial conversations, it’s been said that we should give special attention to the last 10% - that part of the conversation that is often neglected because it\'s too awkward or difficult to talk about.

It’s true, the last 10% is vital in a conversation if you want to come to a healthy conclusion. But the first 10% is important too. It’s tone. The first words spoken. The whole approach one takes at the beginning of a crucial conversation can make or break the rest of the conversation.

This week, as we dig into the first 10% of Philippians, we’re going to see the approach Paul took as he began his “I have some things I need to share with you\" conversation. It\'s my hope that it will help us all learn how to better approach future crucial conversations.
