You are what you are because others have shaped your life. In some way, in your early years, in your later years, you are better or worse due to the impact of others on you.

When Jesus invited Simon and Andrew to follow Him and become fishers of men, He had every intention of impacting them for the better. He was going to teach them to have a life-changing impact on others.

That’s what discipleship is all about. One life impacting another for good. We need mentors and we need to be mentors. That topic comes into focus today as we continue our Be One, Make One series.
