Everywhere you turn it seems more people and businesses are in to eating better food. Have you noticed? Even Costco is now selling a lot of organic foods. Bacon is out; kale is in. If you just have to eat chocolate, make sure it’s dark.

The saying “You are what you eat” isn’t just applicable to our bodies. It also connects with our minds. We are what we think. Garbage in… garbage out. Do you believe it?

Paul certainly did, which is why it’s a topic of concern in Philippians. This week our study in Philippians is focused on our thought life. We’re going to think about thinking. And hopefully we’ll walk away with a new commitment to feed our minds the food that gives life.
