Hume Lake Summer Camp 2022

We are so excited! Hume Christian Camp has just released their THEME VIDEO for this summer, so that means it is time to sign up for SUMMER CAMP! (See video link at the bottom of this page–you’ll want to watch it. It’s SO GOOD!)

We have LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE, so if your student wants to attend, they need to sign up NOW! A $100 deposit saves their spot and your student will be added to our official registration list–in the order the deposits are received! (Waitlists will be formed in the same way.)

Hume Lake Christian Camp, in addition to many other camps and retreats, provides youth camps that are epic, high-energy, life-changing programs. Youth experience a week away from the pressures of life, in a beautiful natural setting at an amazing lake and wilderness surroundings. They will experience innovative games during recreation times, individual and corporate worship, and Biblical teaching—this year’s theme is “Truth Be Told.” For more information on the camp or this year’s theme, click HERE.

We live in a world where anything can be accepted as true and encourages us to define our own truth. Phrases such as “my truth,” “live your truth,” “do what’s true for you,” are used every day. These phrases force us to ask and answer the question, “Is there such a thing as absolute truth?” And if there is, how does that affect our life?

This summer we are going to take a look at the life of Jesus through the book of John to see how Jesus himself defines truth. Our prayer as we study the book of John together is that we would respond with love and affection for Him and have a greater priority for and deeper understanding of the truth, His word.
