Mark was raised in a Christian home in Taiwan and was saved and baptized when he was 13. His family immigrated to California in 1976. Prior to BCC, Mark has served in various lay leadership capacities in other local churches. Mark has a passion for teaching the Bible and to train disciples. He is one of the part-time teachers of Disciple Training Conferences of For All Saints Team Ministry which is currently supported by BCC’s missions committee. In his leisure, Mark enjoys listening to music, fishing, cooking, repairing, and spending time with family and friends.

Mark and his wife Ann came to Bridges in February 2000 as part of Faith in Grace Church and became members of BCC in 2013. Mark is active in the church orchestra, served in AWANA, Fusion, the choir, and as one of the Common Need Life Group leaders. Ann has volunteered in the Mexico mission, children’s choir, basketball outreach, and Sunday School. Mark and Ann have homeschooled three daughters: Raechel, Allison, and Sammy, who grew up at BCC and have all volunteered in various ministries. Mark is currently a part-time medical device quality consultant. He holds a MS and a BS in Industrial Technology and a MA from Western Seminary.
