SUMMARY:Feed My Starving Children’s Silicon Valley MobilePack 2026
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Feed My Starving Children and Orchard Valley Christian Church\, we will be packing over 205\,000 meals for hungry children on May 1 & 2 at Bridges. There are 2 ways to participate! \n  \nVolunteer to Help Pack Meals\nVolunteers must be at least 5 years old. \nThere are 5 shifts—\nFriday\, May 1: 4:00-6:00pm\, 7:00-9:00pm\nSaturday\, May 2: 10:00am – 12:00pm\, 1:00-3:00pm\, 4:00-6:00pm \n– VOLUNTEER HERE – \n  \nDonate\nEach volunteer packs about $60 worth of food during their shift. We encourage people to donate funds to cover the food they are packing. To bring the truck of food on to our campus costs $60\,000. This cost needs to be covered by partner churches\, businesses\, and individuals. \n– DONATE TO OUR MOBILEPACK HERE – \n  \nQuestions about this event? Contact Kathy Spillar: kathy@bridges.church. \nAbout Feed My Starving Children\nBy volunteering\, donating\, or fundraising\, your generosity makes a huge difference in the lives of thousands of children in need around the world. \nAt least 6\,200 children die each day from hunger-related causes (UNICEF). \nFeed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. \nThe process is simple: \n\nPeople just like you donate funds for the meal ingredients.\nVolunteers hand-pack the meals.\nMeals are donated to FMSC food partners around the world.\nKids are fed and lives are saved!
