This Weeks Sermon: "The Cultural Relevance of the Gospel” People today frequently equate cultural relevance with that which is modern, progressive, or cutting-edge. Consequently, ancient Christian perspectives are increasingly deemed as antiquated and out-of-touch with the current cultural landscape. After all, if Christianity is so old, why would we bother listening to it? Can a movement that was founded in the Middle East 2,000 years ago really have anything to say to us today?
