Them, Us, and Jesus

If you hadn't noticed, our world is pretty divided. Tensions. Clashing between ideologies, families, and friends. Jesus came into a similar world--a world divided into "us and them." But the message that Jesus spoke began to change that world, and something entirely new was formed. This week, as we study more of Jesus' most famous sermon, we'll see how His words might help us make a similar change today.

This Week's Message: Kingdom Choices Part 2

Most of us don’t enjoy being told what to do. We’d rather keep our options open, make our own decisions, and shape our own future through our own choices. If you can relate at all to that feeling, then the Bible has some very good news for you: God does give us the ability to make our own choices and to decide certain things for ourselves. However, with that freedom also comes the timeless truth that our choices always have consequences - sometimes even long-term consequences - that must be taken into account. So, as we conclude our series on the Sermon on the Mount, we’ll finish looking at the inescapable choices that God puts before every person who has ever lived, all of which have life-altering ramifications. How will you choose?
