Worthy Of Respect - 1 Timothy 3:8-13

It would appear that respect, here and around the world, has taken a nosedive. That’s sad to see, but not hard to understand. Many would say it’s because fewer and fewer people are worthy of respect.

This week we come to a Bible passage in our study through the book of 1 Timothy that focuses on being a person worthy of respect. What that looks like, and how that plays out, will be our focus. But we’ll also do some thinking about how and why we should show respect to those who are not worthy of respect.

Any way you look at it, the Lord wants His church to lead the way in showing others respect. Hopefully today’s focus will make a world of difference in seeing that become a reality in our lives.

This Week's Sermon: "Warning to the Secure"

Does it matter what we believe? If so, does it only matter initially or do we need to continue in certain beliefs? If we don’t continue with our beliefs, what are the consequences?

In this week's message, we will look at a text where an established Christian leader is warned not to wander from his faith.
