From Stranger to Friend

Hospitality might seem intimidating or unnecessary to some of us. We might not feel like we have the needed resources or skills to serve strangers in the same way that we serve friends. However, as we will see this week, we all know how isolating it feels when people are inhospitable to us, and, at the same time, we know how wonderful it is when we are included as friends. Hospitality, it turns out, might just revolutionize our world.

This Week's Sermon: "When Even a Little is a Lot"

Bigger and Better is more than just a game from youth group days. It can be a way of thinking that translates into a way of living. The world tells us that bigger is better. More is better. But is it?

When the unexpected happens and you’re sheltered-in-place due to a worldwide coronavirus pandemic, you may find yourself thinking more about the little things. Small things that weren’t even on your radar a few weeks ago when our lives were focused on all those “bigger” and “better” and “more important” things.

All of a sudden even a little can be a lot. We’ll see why this Sunday.
