The Cure for the Common Conflict

Intro video

We all deal with conflict from time to time in our relationships, but it’s extremely disappointing when it takes place among Christ-followers. After all, if I love God and you love God, then shouldn’t it be easier for us to work through personal differences and get along? Unfortunately, the answer is no.

When a church experiences conflict, the results can be devastating: couples divorce, families and friends become divided, factions form, gossip and rumors spread, churches split, and ultimately our witness for Christ is lost. How can you live in harmony with others and work through conflict before it erupts and tears the church and your most important relationships apart?

This Weeks Sermon: "One Of The Hardest Things To Learn”

Learning is what we do – especially here in the Silicon Valley. We’re committed to lifelong learning.

Of course some things are harder to learn than others. Things like: how to say no; how to live on a budget; how to work through relational conflict in a healthy way. And of course how to lose weight and keep it off.

Every one of those learnings is hard, but perhaps not as hard as the learning we will be focused on at Bridges this Sunday. This week we bring our message series in Philippians to a close as we look at a passage that has huge ramifications about how we think, feel, spend, live, and more. It’s a learning worth learning. Come and discover for yourself the difference it could make in your life.
