Wow Your Employers

Mindset is everything. Especially when it comes to work. If you’re a hired hand, simply getting the job done so you can get on with the rest of your life can easily occupy your thinking. We love Fridays more than Mondays, which is why this week’s message could give us some much needed help in the work we do.

What if work was a “Wow!” for you? And your work was a “Wow!” to your boss and others. Not likely? Perhaps. But then again, it’s possible… if you have the mindset Paul describes in Colossians for those who are working for someone else.

This Week's Sermon: "Wow Your Employees”

Give some thought to a time in your life when you worked for a great boss. One that would be on your wow list. Do you remember why? What was it that made this boss standout? How did this person make your job better?

You have to love the fact that God takes an interest in how a boss leads and manages. Their approach, attitude, and actions are all important to Him. Which is why God, through Paul, talks to masters in the book of Colossians.

This Sunday our focus zeroes in on a few words that pack a big punch. What we will see can make a world of difference in our careers (and homes too). Especially when we find ourselves in roles where we are leading and directing others.
