Pray for Open Doors

Many of us struggle to share our faith with others. Some of us don’t think faith is something that should be shared at all. For those reasons and possibly others, “evangelism” can be an intimidating word.

But God doesn’t want it to be that way. God shares His life with us out of joy and love and wants us to have the same experience passing along the blessing we’ve received.

For sure, there are unique challenges when articulating the Gospel in our context, but today we will see the first steps in sharing our faith well.

This Week's Sermon: "Walk Thru Open Doors”

It’s said that public speaking is one of our greatest fears. But it also seems that most Christians are also afraid of speaking in private, when they’re telling others about their faith in Christ.

God wants to use His followers to spread the Gospel to the lost world around us. As a follower of Jesus, at some point God will open a door for you to tell someone the truth about who God is and what it means to walk with Him. Will you be ready?

This Sunday we will be looking at some of the things that helped Paul share his faith with others. We can all benefit by what he has to teach us, so we will be ready when God opens a door.
