Dan Stockum

Dan and Beth have been married since 2007 and have dated each other since 2001! Other than spending time with Beth and their two young sons, Dan enjoys cooking, eating, traveling, and anything outdoors–especially everything related to the national and state parks in California.

Originally from Ohio, Dan has spent most of his life in the south, serving churches in Georgia and Alabama. He earned his Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham. Before coming to Bridges in 2016, Dan served as a campus minister at Georgia Tech (his other alma mater) for seven years. He is currently earning his PhD from Southern Seminary, where he is studying how people can experience a sense of belonging in a local church.

As lead pastor, Dan strives to show that people matter, truth matters, and the Gospel is our only hope.
