Fan or Follower

\"An enthusiastic admirer.\" That\'s the most basic definition of a fan in the dictionary.

If you think about it, Jesus had - and still has - quite a few fans. Perhaps you\'re one of them. The problem, though, is that when He described the type of relationship that God not only wants but requires of us, \"Enthusiastic Admirer\" isn\'t one of the options. He\'s looking for followers, not fans.

This week we\'ll look at two events from the final days of Jesus\' life when the question \"Fan or Follower?\" was essentially being asked of others. And the truth is that, whether or not we do so consciously or intentionally, we all answer this same question every day.
